Arwer Software respects and protects the privacy of all users of the Services. In order to provide you with more accurate and personalized services, Arwer Software will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy. However, Arwer Software will treat this information with a high degree of diligence and care. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, Arwer Software will not disclose or provide this information to third parties without your prior permission. Arwer Software may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When you agree to the Arwer Software Service Use Agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to this Privacy Policy in its entirety. This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of the Arwer Software Service Use Agreement.

1. Scope of application

(a) When you use Arwer Software's web services or visit the Arwer Software platform web pages, Arwer Software automatically receives and records information about your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, date and time of access, software and hardware characteristics information, and web page records of your needs;

(b) Personal data publicly available to users obtained by Arwer Software from business partners through lawful means.

You understand and agree that the following information is not applicable to this Privacy Policy:

(a) keyword information entered when using the search service provided by Arwer Software;

(b) the relevant information and data collected by Arwer Software that you publish with Arwer Software, including but not limited to participation activities, transaction information and evaluation details;

(c) Violations of the law or the Arwer Software Rules and the actions that Arwer Software has taken against you.

2. Use of Information

(a) Arwer Software will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party unless it has your prior permission or such third party and Arwer Software provide services to you individually or jointly, and after the end of the service, they will be prohibited from accessing all materials that they were previously able to access.

(b) Arwer Software also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or disseminate your personal information by any means without compensation. Any user of the Arwer Software platform who engages in the above activities has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with the user once discovered.

(c) For the purpose of serving users, Arwer Software may use your personal information to provide you with information that may be of interest to you, including but not limited to sending you information about products and services, or sharing information with Arwer Software partners so that they can send you information about their products and services (the latter of which requires your prior consent).

3. Disclosure

Arwer Software will disclose your personal information, in whole or in part, in accordance with your personal wishes or as required by law:

(a) to third parties with your prior consent;

(b) sharing your personal information with third parties in order to provide the products and services you have requested;

(c) Disclosure to third parties or administrative or judicial institutions in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law or the requirements of administrative or judicial agencies;

(d) If you violate relevant Chinese laws and regulations or Arwer Software service agreements or relevant rules, you need to disclose it to a third party;

(e) if you are a qualified IP complainant and have lodged a complaint, disclose it to the Respondent at the request of the Respondent so that the parties can deal with possible rights disputes;

(f) other disclosures that Arwer Software deems appropriate by law, regulation or website policy.

4. Information Storage and Exchange

If required by the functions of the Software, the information and data collected by Arwer Software about you will be stored locally on the Software or on Arwer Software's servers.

5. Use of Cookies

(a) If you do not refuse to accept cookies, Arwer Software will set or access cookies on your computer so that you can access or use Arwer Software Platform services or features that rely on cookies. Arwer Software uses cookies to provide you with more thoughtful and personalized services, including promotional services.

(b) You have the right to choose to accept or refuse to accept cookies. You can refuse to accept cookies by modifying your browser settings. However, if you choose not to accept cookies, you may not be able to log in or use Arwer Software web services or features that rely on cookies.

(c) Information obtained through cookies set by Arwer Software will apply to this Policy.

6. Information Security

(a) If Arwer Software uses the account function, please keep your username and password information safe. Arwer Software will ensure that your information is not lost, misused and altered by security measures such as encrypting user passwords. Notwithstanding the aforementioned security measures, please note that there are no "perfect security measures" on the information network.

(b) When using third-party web services through Arwer Software, if it is unavoidable to disclose personal information, such as contact information or postal address, to third parties. Please protect your personal information appropriately and only provide it to others when necessary. If you find that your personal information is leaked, please contact Arwer Software customer service immediately so that Arwer Software can take corresponding measures.
