The act of uploading by the user means that the user or the copyright owner of the user's agent authorizes Arwer Software and its affiliates to store the content on the Arwer Software server, but the user or the original copyright owner still retains the copyright of the uploaded work, and Arwer Software may not publish the uploaded work on other public channels without the permission of the user or the original copyright owner.

6. Guarantee
